The difference worth telling
Dr. Daniel Meader is a Doctor of Dental Medicine and a Certified Dental Technician, and he runs a dental lab inside the practice. Most dentists send crowns and dentures to an outside lab. He builds them himself, which means faster repairs and restorations made by the person who examined the patient.
The old site buried that. It competed on the same generic services every practice lists.
What I built
I rebuilt the site from static pages onto the Next.js platform, with the in-house lab as the organizing idea. It has detailed pages for each service, landing pages for the neighborhoods and towns across the Columbia Midlands that patients drive in from, and online booking tied to the practice's calendar.
Forms filter spam before it reaches the front desk, and Google Analytics and Search Console feed a monthly review of what patients search for and which pages bring them in.
Along the way I also helped the practice take back control of its own email domain from a former developer.
